Friday, November 14th, 2025. Meeting called to order at 4:00p.m. by Mayor Chuck Hildreth. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Flott, Powers and Schmidt. Brand, Hargens Absent.
RESOLUTION 140-2025
Acceptance of Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Enter into Public ROW License Agreement with Quick Current-Iowa, LLC. This will allow QC-IA to install, maintain, operate and control a fiber optic infrastructure network in the city’s public right of way. Motion by Powers to approve, seconded by Flott; Schmidt; all ayes. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT | Motion by Flott, seconded by Schmidt to adjourn; Powers; all ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
