Minutes of the City of Crescent Special Council Meeting
Thursday, November 13th, 2025
Meeting called to order at 4:00p.m. by Mayor Chuck Hildreth. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Flott, Powers and Schmidt. Brand, Hargens Absent.
RESOLUTION 139-2025
Acceptance of Resolution for Intent to Enter into Public ROW License Agreement with Quick Current-Iowa, LLC. This will allow QC-IA to install, maintain, operate and control a fiber optic infrastructure network in the city’s public right-of-way. Motion by Flott to approve, seconded by Schmidt; Powers; all ayes. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT | Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Powers to adjourn; Flott; all ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
