Minutes of the City of Crescent special Council Meeting
Monday, March 31st, 2025
Meeting called to order at 6:30p.m. by Mayor Chuck Hildreth. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Flott, Powers, Hargens, Schmidt. Brand absent.
PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX / Discussion of Proposed Property Tax Rate. Mayor explained that the rate change from 8.10 to 7.86 is due to the GHII TIF. Motion by Powers, seconded by Hargens to approve; Schmidt, Flott, all ayes. Motion carried.
PUBLIC FORUM / Audience discussion on property tax bill that is yet to be passed and how it will effect them.
ADJOURNMENT / Motion by Powers, seconded by Hargens to approve; Schmidt, Flott, all ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
