Tuesday, February 11th, 2025. Meeting called to order at 6:00p.m. by Mayor Chuck Hildreth. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Flott, Powers, Hargens, Schmidt. Absent: Brand.
Consent agenda / Motion by Flott to approve consent agenda, seconded by Powers; Hargens, Schmidt all ayes. Motion carried.
Review / FY25 and FY26 Budgets. Review of changes. Discussion on Roads Maintenance. New trailer for hauling mower coming FY25, updated Library fee for FY26.
Confirmed / Property Tax Levy Rate of 7.86. Motion by Flott to approve, second by Hargens, Powers, Schmidt all ayes. Motion carried.
Confirmed / Property Tax Levy Hearing date of 3/31/25. Motion by Hargens to approve, second by Flott, Powers, Schmidt all ayes. Motion carried.
Adjournment / Motion by Powers, seconded by Hargens to adjourn; Flott, Schmidt, all ayes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
