Meeting called to order at 6:00p.m. by Mayor Chuck Hildreth.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Flott, Hargens, Powers and Schmidt. Brand absent. Also in attendance: Bethany Wilcoxon, Jim Aldrich and Mindi Hively
