Minutes of the City of Crescent Planning Commission Regular Meeting
Monday, October 6th,2025 at 7:00pm.
The following members were present: John Hamilton, Harold Johnson, Joe Hargens, Tim Jensen. Donovan Brand, absent.
MOTION BY Johnson, seconded by Jensen to approve agenda. Hamilton, Hargens; all ayes, motion carried.
MOTION BY Johnson, seconded by Jensen to approve minutes. Hamilton, Hargens; all ayes, motion carried.
ACCESSORY BUILDING PERMIT | Chuck Kinney at 708 Johnson St. Garage permit. MOTION by Johnson to approve. Seconded by Hargens, Hamilton, Jensen; all ayes, motion carried.
NEW BUILDING PERMIT | Marne Elkhorn Telephone Company. Utility building to be located at the school. MOTION by Jensen to approve. Seconded by Johnson. Hamilton, Hargens; all ayes, motion carried.
EXTERIOR ADDITION PERMIT | Mindi Hively at 111 W. Welch. Front Deck addition. MOTION by Johnson to approve. Seconded by Jensen. Hamilton, Hargens; all ayes, motion carried.
DRIVEWAY PERMIT | Mindi Hively at 111 W. Welch. Front Removing existing driveway. Extending new driveway 2’ on both sides and to the street. MOTION by Jensen to approve. Seconded by Hargens. Hamilton, Johnson; all ayes, motion carried.
ACCESSORY BUILDING PERMIT | Cole Stunkard at 435 OLH. MOTION by Hamilton to approve with approval from Board of Adjustments for a height variance and square footage variance due to topography and drainage challenges. Seconded by Jensen. Hargens, Johnson; all ayes, motion carried.
FYI | Review of Planning and Zoning Ordinance. No changes at this time.
